We hope you love your selection of hand painted tiles. If for any reason you wish to send them back, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package.

All return merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We regret that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. To return merchandise, you must follow the following guidelines:

Absolutely no returns made on special order or custom order tiles.
All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.
You must contact us at 888.739.4972 or e-mail us at info@aventellc.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Items returned to us without an RMA will not be accepted.
Be sure to note the returned items on your original packing slip or invoice and include it with your shipment.
Return the product to the address below via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Please keep your receipt should you need to track your package. Remember to insure it for full value. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

You will receive your refund within 7 - 10 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise.

In the event we ship incorrect material or fail to ship any portion of your order, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt of the package. Replacement items will be shipped via the same method the items were originally shipped at no cost. If an item was shipped in error, we will refund you the total amount of your order.
